At twenty two miles we are not the nearest detailer to you and it would be silly to claim otherwise. If all you want is a wash on a small car, there is probably something closer and you should use it.
Where we make sense out here is when the work has to happen at your place rather than somewhere else, or when you have got something a normal shop cannot take. A trailer, a camper that has sat all winter, a work truck, a boat.
The other reason is the drive itself. It is nearly all interstate, so it is a predictable run for us rather than a slow one, and that is why we still cover it properly instead of listing it and hoping nobody calls.
