Five Forks is named after the road junction at the middle of it, and roads are still most of the story out there. It is another unincorporated community, sitting between the Pelham Road and Woodruff Road corridors.

We come the back way, out Brushy Creek Road to Hudson, then South Batesville and onto Pelham, rather than dropping down through the middle of Greenville and fighting back out. It is a longer line on a map and a shorter one in practice most of the day.
Once we are there it is one of the easier places in the county to actually work. The houses are newer and so are the driveways, which means room to open all four doors, room to walk right around the vehicle, and somewhere flat to set up.
That matters more than it sounds. A cramped driveway on a slope is what turns a straightforward interior into an awkward one, and Five Forks is the opposite of that problem.
